| Information about your publication: | The New Writer’s intent is to create an open space for all types of writers, where we connect with one another, share our work, and find inspiration. In concert and collaboration, we support our shared and individual growth as writers. We welcome you on this journey. Paragon Dream, is an independently owned, quarterly online publication created to celebrate the diverse and artistic expression of The New Writers; which seeks to embrace and contribute to the preservation of art and literature within and across all cultures, and all those within the community of artists. All submissions for member writings blog, contests, and online journal, are accepted via email. | What type of submissions you are looking for: | The New Writer’s publish aspiring, emerging, and established writers, which share in capturing the independent voice of inspired creativity, and exceptional writing. We invite submissions of writing, open to all genres including Poetry, Fiction, Spoken Word, and free form composition. In addition, we accept original works of visual media and artistic forms, such as photography, film, and any art form which can be digitally captured for publication. We encourage the freedom through experimentation of self expression, and style. Please review our submission guidelines prior to sending your work for consideration. We look forward to your submissions and our first release of Paragon Dream ~ Journal of The New Writers. Submissions are now open (December 16, 2010-April 16, 2011) for our first release in Spring/Summer 2011. |
| Information on Contests: | The New Writers is pleased to announce the opening of the first contest of the group “The Best of The New Writers Free Subject Contest”. This contest is in free subject, meaning that you are free to submit your work in any subject or theme of your preference. Submissions are now open (December 10, 2010-February 10, 2011) Please note, the contest is exclusive to members of our group. The New Writers group is hosted on Facebook, so if you are not a member yet, please join us or you may also register via the website to participate in The New Writer’s events. Membership and website registration is free to all those who share a passion for the written word. |
