Best Screen Play Ever Written?

Best screenplay ever written? I'm interested to know what you think the best screenplay ever written was/is? I'm picking 2 easy ones, I do love these though: Original: Citizen Kane, Adapt: Casablanca.

I read something about Casablanca being written day by day,
and that the actors were never aware about how it would go one
day to the next.

Interestingly enough it was also the subject of a hoax.
