I have to go with M*A*S*H because the final episode was
THE single most watched show in television history.

The Episode where Henry was killed in a Helicopter?
That was amazing. I still get bumps on my skin.

The fact that the movie, and the book, and the show were three separate
entities, and none of them were really comparable with the other adds to the
panache it held for me.

Funny. It seems so recent I was watching all of these. Time is very odd.

Yes but Henry was killed when his plane was shot down over the Sea of Japan. I am a reformed MASH addict. I used to watch it so much I'd dress up in women's clothes and drink GIN out of my bath tub!
