the evermore review is seeking submissions for its first issue. This journal is the Editor-in-Chief’s master’s thesis, which she will defend in early December 2022. the evermore review is an online short fiction journal seeking submissions containing the essence of Taylor Swift’s album “evermore.” Submissions do not have to be directly inspired by evermore nor do they have to be Taylor Swift-related, they just need to contain the essence of the album.<\/p>\n

What type of submissions are you looking for?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Submit 1-3 short stories no more than 17 pages in a single .doc file, double-spaced, 12-point font to theevermorereview@gmail.com. Please include a brief author bio within the body of the email. the evermore review is NOT a fan journal nor do all short fiction stories have to be strictly about evermore or even Taylor Swift-related; as long as the essence of evermore is present, we welcome the piece for submission. Themes that are present in evermore include but not limited to: -Losing power and\/or regaining it -Finding hope after struggling for so long -Making difficult decisions for one\u2019s future -Facing betrayal -Stories containing dark themes with a hint of hope or hope with a hint of darkness -Genre fiction is not only accepted but strongly encouraged!!! Dark, disturbing themes and events are allowed and encouraged, but stories depicting graphic scenes of sexual assault and nudity will not be considered.<\/p>\n
