From the Editor<\/h2>\n

Howl, founded in 2013, is an online literary arts magazine run and operated by dedicated, passionate, and talented students of Deltona High School under the supervision and support of Dylan Emerick-Brown. Howl is dedicated to fostering newer generations of professional writers, editors, publishers, and graphic designers through hands-on experience and assistance from real publishers, editors, and writers at the top of their respective fields. Our editors\/students have interviewed Pulitzer Prize winners, Nobel Laureates, Poet Laureates, acclaimed authors, and others involved in various aspects of the literary arts.<\/p>\n

Submissions<\/h2>\n

We publish poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction…anything that piques our interests. We accept work from the United States and abroad internationally. All authors and artists maintain first publication rights so that the copyright immediately reverts back to the author or artist upon publication. Also note that we only wish to publish previously unpublished work. You may simultaneously submit elsewhere, but please inform our staff via email if your work is accepted by another publication.<\/p>\n
