The Critical Pass Review is a semi-annual literary journal that was founded to bring exemplary fiction, poetry, and visual artwork to a broader group of readers nationwide. We strive to offer our readers the most singular and versatile writing from a wide spectrum of poets and fiction writers in vivid publications that transcend, in exciting digital contexts, the confines of conventional literary journals in print. The Critical Pass Review also hosts an annual writing contest for outstanding poetry by exceptional young writers, the Critical Junior Poet\u2019s Award Contest. Submissions<\/h2>\n

We are looking for poetry, short fiction, flash fiction, excerpts from longer fictional works, and visual artwork of all kinds that represent singular excellence and a commitment to syntax, diction, and craft (whether in conventional or unconventional forms).<\/p>\n
