From the Editor<\/h2>\n

Since 2012, TCR has published meaningful works of poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction, as well as literature in translation from around the world. We print writers at any stage of their careers, from writers who have never published before to authors who have met national acclaim: our only consideration is the quality and capability of writing.<\/p>\n

Our magazine appears in print twice a year; we also publish an online issue twice a year. Our authors include Juan Felipe Herrera, Dan O’Brien, Afaa Michael Weaver, J. Bowers, Susan Frith, Aaron Krol, Rebecca Hazelton, Paul Lisicky, John McDermott, T.R. Hummer, Ace Boggess, Jaime Green, Denise Duhamel, and John Estes. We read submissions year-round and typically respond to submissions within thirty days.<\/p>\n

Submissions<\/h2>\n

TCR’s editors are accepting submissions of creative nonfiction, poetry, fiction, and translation for our upcoming print and web issues. We are looking for meaningful works of prose and poetry at most any length, whether formal or experimental. Send us writing that is nuanced and surprising.
