The Wagon Magazine, a monthly, published in both print and digital versions, from Chennai, India, launched in the month of April 2016, is aimed to locate vibrant voices in the literary wild and dedicated to publishing \u2018global\u2019 literature, theatre and art.<\/p>\n

The Wagon Magazine aspires to bridge the gap between the literary works of various countries and regions of the world which otherwise remain as sprinkled mustard seeds, unnoticed, unshared and disconnected\u2026 As literature in any part of the world reflects the particular society and its indigenous culture, TWM feels that it is necessary to be connected and seeks to bring all these in one platform and share.<\/p>\n

It is a literary magazine that can grow into a habit, entrench its roots in the space of silent dawns and dusks, bloom into days and emanate fragrance of frangipani to the cool night. The Wagon Magazine is unpretentious and far removed from the drawing room vanities; leaves one with an enriched flavour yet wanting more; has the potential to catapult South Asian publishing to the international platform.<\/p>\n

Submissions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Poetry: Any genre\/ five to six poems at a time
\nFiction: Short \/ Flash \/ Science \/ a short Novella
\nNon-Fiction: Articles on Theatre, Art, Literary criticism,
\nBook Reviews: Review should be accompanied by a copy of the book at least
\nOne-act-plays<\/p>\n

Upcoming<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

April issue is a special Ukrainian Literature Edition. By July we plan to bring an Assamese Literature edition
\nThere is no competition as of now.<\/p>\n
