I thought<br \/>\nwe were gerunding<br \/>\nwell, but you saw nothing<br \/>\nbut a split infinitive,<br \/>\nseparating to from be<\/p>\n<p>together, misplaced<br \/>\nmodifiers left us,<br \/>\nnothing.<\/p>\n<p>A fragment.<\/p>\n<p>Syntax and semantics stumped<br \/>\nme, failed to notice the lack<br \/>\nof a coordinating<\/p>\n<p>conjunction, always more<br \/>\nof a math person, where variables<br \/>\nare solved for, able<br \/>\nto understand what x equals<\/p>\n<p>and y,<\/p>\n<p>where one<br \/>\nplus one<br \/>\nalways equals two.<\/p>\n<p>###<\/p>\n<p>Kevin Brown is an Associate Professor at Lee University and an MFA student at Murray State University.
