He has experienced a revolution (Indonesia), air strikes (Israel), earthquakes (Turkey), boredom (UAE), and blinding snow blizzards (Canada), the last being the subject of his story, \u201cSnowbound in the House of God\u201d (Memoirist, May 2023).
