Red cradle of the night,
\nThe dusky child
\nSleeping sits upright.
\nLo how
\nThe winds blow now!
\nHe pillows back;
\nThe winds are again mild.<\/p>\n

When he stretches his arms out,

\nThe alarms shout
\nFrom bare tree to tree,
\nWild

\nMighty shall he be,
