Master Hypnotherapist Rich Rios, Jr., is a Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapist who uses holistic methods to help individuals and entrepreneurs break through their challenges to transform their lives.

He is the author of the upcoming book, “Alice Doesn’t Live in the Mirror,” which helps women and teenage girls overcome the stereotypes that keep them from being happy with their body image.

Rios is the founder of Remedy Hypnotherapy in Mountain View, CA, with a goal of helping clients to become well-rounded individuals who can overcome the challenges of life and career.

For several years, he has helped clients throughout California to become unstuck, fulfilled and organized in their professional career and personal life goals. With his holistic approach, he has helped clients to achieve their career dreams and accomplish their personal goals with ease and simplicity.

Some of the issues he helps people with are: weight loss, smoking, self-confidence, success mindset, sales mastery, self-esteem and much more.

He holds a Masters Degree in Business Management & Education, with other degrees in Organizational Psychology and Adult Education. He also has 300 documented hours in training, with over five years of clinical experience. He is continually updating his training in Hypnotherapy, as well as other modalities such as Psych-K, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique, Muscle Testing, and more.

Prior to practicing Hypnotherapy, he worked in Telecommunication Sales, Corporate & Private Overseas Security. He served proudly in the U.S. Air Force as a Security Forces Specialist, in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Communications Specialist. He has served in the U.S. and in overseas combat theaters.

He is the author of the upcoming book, “Alice Doesn’t Live in the Mirror,” which helps women and teenage girls overcome the stereotypes that keep them from being happy with their body image.

In his spare time, he enjoys networking with acupuncturists, aromatherapists and massage therapists, as well as other professionals within the holistic medical field. He enjoys studying medicine, business, religion, metaphysical topics, volunteering and writing motivational seminars.

“Unrealistic Expectations- People should follow the natural way. Your body is usually made in its own way and is normal. The body does not force itself to be what it is not! Your body functions in the natural way on its own. If you want to be something else and change your body through surgery or mechanics, it will damage your body. We in Chinese Medicine want our body to be natural, as any surgery, in one way or another will harm it, even if it is a little bit. Eating right and keeping your body normal will allow your body to be in the best condition. Exercise is a great way to shape your body.”

Many young girls have been told that anything is possible with the right doctor or surgeon, which has them flocking to them in numbers for consultations. Nose surgery is one of the most common surgeries and amongst the first introductions into the various types of cosmetic plastic surgery for young girls. Although your nose can make your face obtain a desired look, it can also affect your breathing and speech. This surgery is also irreversible.
