Book excerpt
BOOK REVIEWS Yomara Hughlett – Colors of Feelings is a great book to read to those in their first stages of learning! It’s an awesome book. I enjoyed reading it to my little ones.
Floyd Watson – A fantastic book for children. Guaranteed to expand a young mind. Easily holding their attention.
Yalonda Marshall – Colors of Feelings is a really good book to help children understand their feelings better. I think the book can have an impact on children everywhere. Job well done
Mark Strong – Colors of Feelings is the type of book you read to your children to show them how to learn to express their feelings.
Shirley Watson – It’s an excellent children’s book; everyone should get it.
Andre Robinson – Colors of Feelings is a well put together and kid friendly book…Great Job LaToya!
Cora Tools – My two year old grandson loved the bright colors! He knows all of his basic colors now! Great Book!
Amanda Jelenc – I just wanted to say your book has become the best learning tool in our house my son was struggling learning colors and we read it at least three times a week to practice our colors. I don’t think he understands the feelings part of it yet but is working wonders with our colors (he just turned two).
Michelle Pickett – Colors of Feelings is a wonderful book and a great tool for children to learn their colors.
Venturia Boyd – Colors of Feelings is not just a great book to read to kids, I also enjoyed reading it as an adult. I like that the book is big in size and so colorful. I think that every child from any ethnicity background can connect with the illustrations cause you cannot really tell the difference between each child, as a parent I like that. I wish there were more books like this when my children were younger.
Melva Ridley – The book is wonderful. My girls (age eight and three months) both enjoy it. Big sister reads it to baby sister and they just smile. The book is easy for my eight year old to comprehend and the colors keep my three month old focused on it the whole time. I love how it helps teach my oldest about how colors can help define feelings and moods…that’s something that even an adult I learned in a college color class. The book opens children’s minds and helps them see things in a more interesting way. I’d encourage parents, teachers, or anyone who tends to children on a daily basis to get Colors of Feelings! It’s worth it.
