Author Bio

Hi I am 38 years young, male brought up and residing in London, UK. Have been practising Sahaja Yoga Meditation for over 15 years. Met a friend at University (SOAS London) in 2000 and have been learning and researching holistic medicine for these years. Although we wrote the book in 2008, it is completely current and reads like it was written yesterday. We are now writing a 2nd book to document the advancements and insights gained. I have also been employed as a Teaching Assistant and Health Care Worker during these years.

Description

The book is a guide to a unique form of water Yoga, developed, mastered and flowered by me & 2 Yogis. We have been honing our abilities for 15 years and are now sharing with the world the wonderful blessing we experience on a daily basis. The way of life is founded on Sahaja Yoga Meditation and at the core is drinking through the nose; an ability invented by ones colleague Kelly Ra, the invention comes in finding the correct lifestyle to accompany this technique and to fully appreciate and benefit from it. We drink our own blessed waters through the nose, this is where the nose drinking was borne from. We also drink all manner of drinks including fruit and vegetable juice, mineral water, essences, extracts, hemp seed oil through the nose. The benefits include feeding and nourishing the brain. We are also cooling the brain. We are practising Taoists in the bedroom, not relinquishing any vital essence with the female, once you are married or in a deep loving relationship. Kelly Ra has invented his own exercise called the Pyramid Process; it is based on the bridge or crab and has been adapted and advanced much further. Our book is a guide book to all of the above, including scientific research carried out from Uni of London Medical Library under the tutorship of a Professor of Water & Development. There are practical step by step guides with photos.

Book excerpt

The book will present the integrated natural and holistic medical abilities with Sahaja Yoga Meditation as foundation. The first chapter is a general introduction to Sahaja Yoga; established over forty years ago and now practised in over a hundred countries worldwide. It is intended only as an introduction as it forms the basis for Holistic Water Therapy. The reader who wishes to learn more can find information direct from the official website. The truth that guilt is a myth is also shown here. This book clarifies several myths that will be addressed further on.

In chapter two, the sacred practice of amaroli or, as it is known in the West, urine therapy is introduced. This chapter contains information on the production of urine, or elixir as it is known amongst practitioners, and useful evidence of its healing powers and abilities to boost immunisation. Internal alchemy and the theory of transmutation are included along with references to medical companies that have used urine as a base for medicines sold around the world.

From amaroli, chapter three leads on to the revelation and art of drinking with the nose. This practice was invented years ago, through devotion and diligence by Kelly Ra. It has the ability to transform a person, with their faith and pure determination, allowing them to remove obstacles and integrate with the highest levels of their being. This book is ultimately a guide on how to practice this sacred art form; from the way to meditate properly to facilitate passage of the fluid through your system. The holy secret that our own blessed waters are the best fluid to begin with and the elixir is a medicine fit for each person is revealed.

Chapter four then introduces the Tao known as ‘The Way’ or ‘nature’ in English, with particular reference to the art of lovemaking. This power giving ability enables a person to become totally aware of their resources and avoid depleting themselves over time. Parallels between drinking through the nose and making love in line with Tao are presented; this is something most people in the West have not been aware of in any great depth.

Chapter five reveals the physical prowess required to practice this way of life and clarifies the way to achieve it. The pyramid point technique developed by Kelly Ra a number of years ago is integral to this form of therapy and is illustrated here. It is practised both in the water and on land.

Chapter six presents some natural abilities that form part of the therapy. They include sun-worshipping and crystal healing. There are also details on gaining insight from astrology and the cycles of the moon, along with interpreting dreams and the awareness of music and poetry healing.

Chapter seven introduces the importance of nutrition and eating correct balances of food. Tao and the balance of Yin and Yang is also an important reference and this will be presented here.
