Beverly A. Burchett started writing at a very early age. As a teenager, she placed second in the Billie Holiday Theatre Poetry Contest. She\u2019s a graduate of the famed High School of Performing Arts, and has acted in a number of national commercials as well as a few popular films, including \u201cFame,\u201d and \u201cJoey Breaker.\u201d Her latest works include Queen Kinni, Open Doors, Random Acts of Kindness and Smart, Sexy, Spiritual, Strong, and the Upside Down and Other Places children book series – all are available in stores and on-line at www.blackcurrantpress.com, Amazon.com, Barnesandnoble.com, Booksamillion.com and others.
