30 years, so you could buy with a smaller down payment and have<\/p>\n
your home paid off in the same amount of time it would take you to<\/p>\n

Why rent when you can own? The real cost of renting at $800 per<\/p>\n
month with a 6% rental increase per year means you pay $126,552,<\/p>\n
over a ten year period. You could almost afford to payoff a home for<\/p>\n
that amount!<\/p>\n
The reality of today\u2019s market is with moderate home prices, lowinterest<\/p>\n
rates, and the many down payment assistance programs now<\/p>\n
