I am keen to encourage fledgeling writers to keep going. As an advocate for marginalised writers, I deliver CW workshops at the inclusive Attenborough Arts, Leicester.I’d like to offer workshops from home in the lovely Leicestershire countryside, too.
We write to be seen and heard beyond friends and family. Our voices need to get out there- current everyday issues interweaved in the imaginative, inspirational story and poetry. Utilise nature and a peaceful outdoor setting to create fabulous prose.
Are you interested in coming along to an introductory writing session with an idea for collaboration?July 6, 2019 at 8:26 am #13061
If you develop this into a longer piece, about “writing beyond friends and family,” and submit it. I’m happy to promote your workshops on our site. I’ll publish the piece and you can put links in it to your workshops or future workshops.July 7, 2019 at 9:55 am #13074
Dear Richard Edwards,
Thanks for your kind offer. I now realise that you are based in the US. As my workshops are based in the UK, I’d rather you promote some writing a have done under a pseudonym with Solstice PUBLISHING called, ‘What If I Go?’
If you are happy for me to explain the research towards writing a novel aimed at students to tip them off about the dangers of grooming and control from gangs, then it may make more sense if I set an account up as Polly White.
Best regards, Fiona
