Liliana Gardner is a Sociologist whose purpose in life is to share her knowledge of the underlying structure of societal problems and her special witness of God to make the people of the world healthier, happier and more free (free from addiction, free from oppression, and free through the knowledge of the truth). s influencing desensitization, the factors increasing the mental health disability rate, and threats to the safety and liberty of society. The mental health disability rate has increased by 600% since the 1950’s and the Sociology 101 Course addresses factors that are likely influencing this increase.
Description
I believe that “where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty” (2 Corinth. 3:17). I believe God is a lover of freedom, which is why the scriptures say, “The truth shall make you free” (John 8:32). I believe that truth can come from many sources and that both scientific and spiritual knowledge are valuable. I believe “there is opposition in all things” and there are people working to take away the freedoms of others. I believe in working together to be free from oppression, free from addiction, and free from health problems. I believe in using love, knowledge, teamwork, and gifts from God to solve these problems. The North Star is an autobiographical series based on these beliefs. An Exposé on Tyranny Written by an FBI Consultant is book 1 of The North Star Series. It starts with lessons learned from my experience as a missionary with a mission president who the FBI found could have been tried for attempted murder for how he treated the female missionaries with health problems. The next section makes use of one of my special means of receiving information which is through visions and dreams. I share some of my own visions and dreams as well as the visions and dreams of others that I think are important. After the section on dreams, the book contains a warning from the FBI about tyranny. It concludes with components for a revolutionary shift or change of heart, soul, spirit, and body. The book contains product recommendations for help with addictions, mental health disorders (products that don’t have side effects of making people suicidal, homicidal, and psychotic like the side effects of mental health drugs), and diseases related to inflammation in the body such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, dementia, arthritis, obesity and more.
In the section at the end about a change of heart the book presents information about energy and how thoughts influence reality. There is an abundance of books on the subject of energy that many people have not had the opportunity to read. I do my best to point the reader to other important books and ideas that are beyond the scope of the book.

Speaking of antidepressants, I have studied the causes of depression for many years. I have recently found research pointing to sugar and an inflammatory diet as one of the root causes. One of the first books in this line of thought is called Potatoes Not Prozac by Kathleen DesMaisons. In the foreword of Potatoes Not Prozac, Candace B. Pert, who was a pharmacologist that discovered the opiate receptor in the brain wrote, “I have long suspected that the increase in clinical depression in our society is linked to the increased consumption of sugar. Dr Pert explains how sugar is a drug and says she thinks it would be hard to get it passed the FDA if it were introduced today. I do not share her faith in the FDA.
Robert Whitaker, Dr. Peter Breggin, and Dr. Ann Blake Tracy explain in their books that taking mental health drugs causes mental health crises. Dr. Breggin has written a book entitled Medication Madness. The book illustrates in detail 50 examples of cases where mental health medications drove people to suicidal, homicidal, or psychotic behavior. Dr. Breggin believes that the side effects of mental health medications are often worse than the original problem. Investigative reporter Robert Whitaker writes, “If we uncover a history of a different sort—a history that discovers…that psychiatric drugs are in fact fueling the epidemic of disabling mental illnesses—what then? We will have documented a history that tells of a society led horribly astray, and one might say, betrayed (emphasis added).”
I believe betrayal is an excellent word choice to explain what is going on in our society. Whitaker also explains the numbers related to the increase in the mental health disability rate. He says, “In 2007, the disability rate was 1 in 76 Americans. That more than doubled the rate in 1987 and six times the rate in 1955. People with a mental health diagnosis have shorter life spans than those without a mental health diagnosis. In essence the betrayal of our society by the FDA, the mental health community, the scientific community, and the medical community results in the incapacity and early deaths of millions.
As a consultant with the FBI and a spokesperson for an operation to change the direction of our society, I have been asked to include here that the FBI believes this tendency to make people suicidal, homicidal, and psychotic is similar to an episode of Psych. On one episode of Psych there is a serial killer that kills people who call a suicide hotline. Essentially, the FBI is calling the FDA a bunch of serial killers.
