Profile: Nicole Rasmussen

I'm a 14 year old poet from Brooklyn. I've been writing poems since I can remember. I literally write about anything that bothers me. The back of my notebooks are filled with everything from little quotes to long poems that I wrote at any given time. I'm interested in publishing a book of poems because I think it would help teenagers that are going through similar problems as me. Everyone wants to know that they aren't alone and knowing that other people went through the same thing makes you feel a little better. Even if I change one person's life, I have accomplished something.
