2 Lines of Poetry to Honor National Poetry Month

The soggy, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, always schizoid month of April is also National Poetry Month, of course, and we are having a little fun here to honor this month. We are asking for 2 lines of poetry to honor National Poetry month.

Here is what I’m looking for:
1. 2 lines of poetry that you have written
2. The poems can be anything
3. The lines should be original
4. Leave your 2 lines of poetry in the comments.

So that’s it. We are looking or 2 lines of poetry to honor national poetry month. These lines do not need to be about the month. The lines can be about anything. You can copy in 2 lines of poetry that you have already written, maybe your favorite 2 lines. This will act as our prompt for this week. Noticed how I slipped this week in there instead of today’s prompt. Yes, I had to make some changes due to time constraints.

Anyway, this is the only writing prompt for this contest that will be for poetry, and it is the only prompt that is not horror. I know it’s a little unusual, but National Poetry month is important. So you could win 100$ for leaving 2 lines of poetry here. How great is that? If you can get more information from our creative writing horror prompt contest page.

This is 100$ for 2 lines of poetry. I don’t’ think you will find a better content on the web when it comes to value. Leave your 2 lines of poetry in the comments. Also Happy NPM.
