Welcome to our Horror Story 2015 Contest. Every year we run a horror story, and every year we announce the winners the week of Halloween. This year is different in that if you win our contest you get 1 year worth of free ads on our site (over $3000 value), $250 cash, and your story will be featured in a new digital horror anthology we will be publishing this year. These are our best prizes so far.
The ground rules:
- Deadline for submission is October 26, 2015.
- Stories must be 500 words or less!
- Stories must be scary.
- Submissions must be emailed to eds@everywritersresource.com Subject line Horror Contest 2015.
The prizes:
- Winner will get $250 in cash and 1 year in free ads on Every Writer.
- Top 3 stories (maybe more) will be published in our Horror Anthology (digital). We hope to make this a print publication, but we are not going to promise anything.
- We have titled the prize The EWR Horror Prize!
