    Information about your publication: After being chartered by the Binghamton University Student Association in Fall 2008, Ellipsis became, and remains the only Undergraduate Creative Writing Journal at Binghamton University. We are a literary magazine that celebrates and highlights the literary works of Binghamton University undergraduate students. We compile a selection of poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction to showcase the talents of the University?s student body. Our purpose is to create a bi-annual collection of undergraduate pieces, which will be distributed free-of-charge to the student body.
    What type of submissions are you looking for?: The editors strongly encourage potential contributors to familiarize themselves withEllipsis. Simultaneous submissions are fine as long as you notify us upon acceptance elsewhere. We only accept ONLINE SUBMISSIONS. PROSE (fiction, flash fiction, and creative non-fiction): Prose submissions should be no longer than 8,000 words?one longer piece or up to three flash fictions per reading period, unless otherwise noted on our website. To submit fiction and creative non-fiction, click the links below: Submit Fiction Submit Creative Non-Fiction POETRY Send 3-5 poems per reading period; no more than 10 pages total, unless otherwise noted on our website (i.e. themed issues).     1. We want you to find a place to publish your work. We want this to be easy and safe.

    The way we achieve this goal is by listing 911 markets, adding markets consistently, and keeping our listings up to date, categorized and searchable. We also present clear and concise information about the publication submitted directly from the editor including at a glance submission guidelines.

    There are 2 ways we help you determine the quality of the publication. 1. We have quick 1 click costumer ratings in the form of stars. Here our readers and submit their thoughts on the rating of a publication. 2. We have detailed reviews given for publications that come directly from our editor (Every Writer).
