Information

Garden Gnome Publications publishes flash fiction and short stories in the speculative fiction genres. Every month we sponsor the Flim-Flam games, a contest with prizes and publication as the goal. We will publish any work that stretches the imagination or the definition of “speculative fiction” with a special love for anything weird or out of the ordinary.

Flash fiction, short stories, narrative poetry, and essays.

Upcoming

The Flim-Flam Games are monthly. They start at the beginning of the month and end on the last day of the month. A new contest every month. The winner receives $5 and publication. No entry fee. If we like non-winning submissions that enter the contest, we may offer to publish them and leave it up to the writer to decide.
