Lifelines is a journal published by Darmouth Medical School and publishes original and unpublished short stories, non-fiction, poetry, and artwork for our 2011 issue. We are a literary and art journal committed to exploring the intersection of creativity and the experience of medicine.

Lifelines is a print journal for literature and art published by the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. The journal was founded in 2002 by Sai Li (MED’06) and established with the publication of the first issue in Fall 2004. The journal is published annually. Lifelines has featured work by Guggenheim Fellows, winners of the William Carlos Williams Poetry Competition,
Submissions
The editorial committee, comprised of students, faculty, and established writers in the nation, will review and select works based on craftsmanship, originality, and content. Submissions will be de-identified prior to review for selection. Current acceptance rate is 1%.
