Fruitslice is a quarterly publication available both in print and e-book format. We are set to launch Winter 2023. Each issue is curated around a theme. For our first release, we are focusing on “Firsts”. Fruitslice is a grassroots publication created to spotlight queer artists, writers, creatives, etc. Fruitslice aims to strengthen community by highlighting the ‘goings on’ in the hearts and minds of queer people—a relic of the here and now. Fruitslice is a community editorial: a slice of literary journal, a slice of magazine, a slice of social commentary, a slice of collaboration, and a peek into the lives of the fruity. What can you expect from us? Get ready for a mouthwatering mix of poetry, collage, short story, personal essay, photography, playlists, local recommendations, activism, and more.
