    The FictionWeek Literary Review

    Website

    https://www.fictionweek.com/fwliteraryreview/fictionweekliteraryreview.html

    From the Editor

The FictionWeek Literary Review has been publishing fiction and poetry twice a year since 2009. We are looking for only the finest literature, and we publish only a few stories and poems each issue. We have published a number of famous writers, including National Book Award nominees, poet laureates, and several university creative writing professors. Every submission is reviewed by our Submission Committee. The committee is looking for remarkable fiction or poetry that breaks new ground. When a submission is selected by the Submission Committee, the selected writer must complete a publication agreement that requires their full name, address, and phone number. Each selected writer must provide evidence that they are the sole author, and that their submission is truly their own work. The submission must be still unpublished and available for publication. No part of the submission can be plagiarized or paraphrased from another work, and no part of it can have been created using AI. The author must agree that they have full and complete rights to publish their story or poem, and no part of it can have been published elsewhere under their name or under any other name. There has never been a a fee to submit to the FictionWeek Literary Review, and there never will be.

    Submissions

Since 2009, the FictionWeek Literary Review has been looking for only the finest literature, remarkable fiction or poetry that breaks new ground. Although we have published a number of famous writers, including National Book Award nominees, poet laureates, and university creative writing professors, we have also published young writers just beginning to submit to literary magazines. Our Submission Committee is looking for fiction or poetry that stands out from the norm, fiction or poetry that establishes new ways of telling memorable stories about the human experience. No part of the submission can be plagiarized or paraphrased from another work, and no part of it can have been created using AI. Every writer that submits receives a personal response, even if they have been rejected. If their story or poem was among the final group considered by the selection committee, they will be notified of that fact and invited to submit another story or poem to be considered for the next issue.
